Roller, the core component of the conveyor, the transmission roller drives the belt through friction to achieve the purpose of sending materials from one point to another, the redirection roller changes the running direction of the belt and increases the wrapping angle of the transmission roller. The larger the wrapping angle, the smaller the required tension.
3. Conveyor belt, the material bearing and traction part, commonly used are cotton canvas belt, polyester canvas belt, wire rope core belt, etc.
4. Roller, used to support the belt and material for stable operation.
5. Tensioning device, its function is to keep the conveyor belt with the necessary tension to prevent slipping, and at the same time control the deflection of the conveyor belt between the rollers, to reduce resistance and avoid material spillage.
6. Cleaner, head cleaner and empty section cleaner, prevent materials from being rolled into rollers and drums and falling on the ground.
7. The frame, including the head frame, tail frame, middle frame, legs, etc., is the skeleton of the conveyor.
8. The guide trough and funnel mainly play the role of material transfer and storage
9. The protection device is a variety of electrical switches set to protect the safety and normal operation of the conveyor system.
